Goldwork – Burgundy Flowers

This 2-day class will be held on Saturday 16 July and Sunday 17 July, 2022.

The introductory goldwork project covers the basic techniques used in goldwork including how to apply the padding felt, stretch and couch Purl Purl, use Bright check and use couching thread in a needle.

Basic knowledge of embroidery stitches is necessary for this class.
Attendance on 16 July (Day 1) is essential in order to attend 17 July (Day 2).

Kit cost: No kit is provided.  Participants will receive a Requirements List when they register. Goldwork instructions will be provided at a cost of $3, payable to the Tutor on the day of the class
