The Guild always attempts to keep its class fees at a realistic level. However, because the tutors fees and expenses have to be met once a class has been confirmed, a fee may be charged if you cancel and your position in a confirmed class cannot be filled.

Fees for in-house tutors are due two (2) weeks prior to pre-day or class commencement. Full fees for interstate or overseas tutors are payable at time of booking.

Kit fees are paid separately to the tutor. You will be advised of your class requirements when booking and this will always include your needlework scissors, hoop, thimble if necessary, and embroidery light, if used by the applicant.

If the class requires the use of any form of machine e.g. sewing machine, overlocker, and smocking pleater etc. then it is your responsibility to ensure that your machine is in good working order. The Guild accepts NO responsibility for difficulties with, or damage to your equipment used in any class.

CLASS TIMES: 9am for a 9.30am start. -3pm finish, unless stated at the time of booking.

PRE-DAYS will be Thursday 9.30am. - Saturday 1pm unless stated at the time of booking.

All classes are held at the Guild rooms, 149 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley, unless otherwise notified.
